Click on one of the links below to download the right plug-in for your platform and browser. When the download is complete, run the installer and follow the instructions provided. How to Install: To install, simply drag all contents of this folder to your plug-ins folder within your desired Internet Browser. These folders are located within your Hard Drive. Please do not drag the folder itself, just the contents. 1. Click the Web Client for Internet Explorer. A dialog box will appear asking you where to save the Installer. 2. Save the Installer to your desktop and wait for the file to download completely. 3. Unstuff the file. If you do not have Stuffit Expander you can download Stuffit Expander for free from Allume Systems The unstuffed folder will appear as Online Ordering Software on your desktop. 4. Move all the files in the Online Ordering Software folder to either your Internet Explorer or Netscape plug-ins folder located within the HD. Path: HD > Applications > Internet Explorer > Plug-Ins (exact location may differ) 5. Launch Internet Explorer. Note: If you previously had Internet Explorer open prior to the installation, please close and then re-open your web browser for the changes to take effect. If the Customer Logon page opens but hangs-up you will need to make the following changes to your browser settings: Close your browser (Apple-Q) Find and select/highlight your browser application in your HD Press Apple-I (make sure your browser is closed. You will not be able to edit the following settings if your browser is still open) Select Memory for Show: in the drop-down menu In Memory

| Note for Intel Mac Users: |
| First please download and install the plug-in for Safari below. Then with your Safari shut down, please go to your Applications folder and 'high-light' Safari and press 'apple key + i' (command key and the letter i at the same time). This will bring up the information screen about Safari. Look for a sentence that states 'Open using Rosetta' and make sure that the box next to that is checked. Then close the information window and the Applications folder. You may then proceed to open Safari and go to SanMar.com and log-in to our online store. If this doesn't work please call us at 800 426 6399 ext. 4830, and we will help troubleshoot the issue further. |

To install: After saving the plugin to the desktop, double-click it. Once it is open, drag and drop the Webclient.plugin file into your Internet Plug-ins Folder (path listed below). Once the Webclient.plugin file is inside your Internet Plug-ins folder, restart your browser so the change can take effect. |
